Its Triple Fan technology circulates hot air for balanced temperatures, and Multizone cooking allows the cavity to be used for more than one dish at a time. Steam assisted cooking adds moisture where needed, which is useful for bread, pastries and roasts. Users can select Air Fry to produce a crisp exterior, BBQ for grill-style cooking, or Stone cooking for pizza and artisan bread. An integrated food probe is included to measure the core temperature of the food, helping cooks achieve the intended level of doneness. For upkeep, the pyrolytic function raises the oven to a very high temperature to reduce soiling to ash, which can then be wiped from the surface.
