Whitfords Home Appliances disclaims all warranties express or implied, including but not limited to warranties for fitness or purpose. Whitfords Home Appliances does not warrant that this site or any associated components including emails sent are free of viruses, spyware or other harmful elements. Whitfords Home Appliances will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this site, whether they be direct, indirect, punitive or consequential. In the event this disclaimer is ineffective, the maximum compensation due to you is refund of the services or products ordered.
Where you select for items to be delivered those items purchased from Whitfords Home Appliances are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Ecommerce and returns
At Whitfords Home Appliances we understand the need to have goods that are delivered on time and perform as described. We have been careful to provide you with sufficient information to enable you to come to a confident buying decision.
Shipping and Installation charges
All freight and Installation charges are as stated on web site and are subject to change with out notice.
We accept [Visa, Master Card & American Express (No International Credit Cards). Direct deposits and Cash on pickup from our Warehouse 4-8 East Street Five Dock & Cash on delivery in Sydney Metro Area. When you send us your personal information including credit card information we encrypt these details to protect them from unlawful access. To purchase from us over the Internet you must be over 18 years old.
All of our products carry a Manufactures warranty unless otherwise stated in the products information profile. If you have purchased a product from us and it shows a fault please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org giving us the detail of your complaint, date of purchase etc. If the fault is inherent in the goods, we will arrange to have the item repaired or replaced. If the product is deemed faulty it will be repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
We will confirm your order shortly after it is placed. We then dispatch your order once payment has been confirmed with our accounts department and stock is available. We aim for delivery within 2 working days, however, some orders may take longer depending on your delivery area and our delivery and Installation schedule to that location. All orders are subject to stock availability.
In the event of a customer wishing to return any goods to Whitfords Home Appliances as bought on this site, Whitfords Home Appliances will only accept such products if they are deemed to be not performing to manufacturers specifications for that product. And you must notify us within 14 Days of receipt of your product.
If your product is damaged in transit you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your product. At which time a replacement product will be organised or an allowance will be offered to offset the damage to the product, if you should agree on such allowance then no replacement product will be offered and that decision is final.
All installations are done by qualified installers and are done to manufactures guide lines.
Installation services cannot be refunded unless agreed on by Whitfords Home Appliances and only if product is deemed to be not performing to manufacturers specifications.
Receiving your order
If your order shows any physical damage, please acknowledge this and sign “received damaged” and notify us immediately.
Our system will hold details of your account and sales transactions with us and they may be viewed only with your username and password.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
You agree that the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia will apply to all transactions and communications on this site, and you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales to hear any dispute.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between You and Whitfords Home Appliances regarding the operation of the site.
