The Smeg 90cm Portofino Induction Pyrolytic Freestanding Oven in Stainless Steel is designed for kitchens that need an induction cooktop and a full-featured oven in one appliance. Triple Fan technology moves air through the cavity to keep temperatures consistent from shelf to shelf, and Multizone cooking lets the oven be divided so that different dishes can be prepared simultaneously. Steam assisted cooking adds moisture during baking and roasting, helping to maintain texture in bread, meats and pastries. Air Fry, BBQ and Stone cooking functions give the oven additional methods for crisping, grilling and baking directly on a heated stone. An integrated food probe measures internal food temperature and allows cooking to be completed at a chosen core temperature. The pyrolytic cleaning cycle uses very high heat to convert grease and spills into ash, which can be wiped away once the oven has cooled.
