The Smeg 90cm Portofino Induction Pyrolytic Freestanding Oven in Moonlight serves as a complete cooking centre for the home kitchen. The oven is equipped with Triple Fan technology, which moves air through the cavity for even heat distribution. Multizone cooking divides the oven so that multiple dishes can be cooked together without flavours or temperatures needing to match. Steam assisted cooking contributes moisture to the process, suiting items such as bread, vegetables and slow-cooked meats. Additional functions include Air Fry for crisp finishes, BBQ for grilling and Stone cooking for pizzas and breads. An integrated food probe tracks internal food temperature, allowing the oven to be set to a target and cooking monitored accurately. At the end of use, the pyrolytic cycle heats the interior to burn off grease and spills, leaving an ash residue that is easy to remove.
