HOW TO CLAIM
1 To claim the extended manufacturer’s warranty, customers must visit fisherpaykel.com.au/promotions
and complete all mandatory fields in the online claim form.
2 The deadline for entry to this promotion is 30 April 2018 after which no further claims will be accepted.
3 A compulsory component of the claim process is providing proof of purchase which can be supplied
by scan/photograph and uploaded to the online claim form. Customers can claim using their
smartphone or computer.
Note: Proof of purchase must indicate the following: customer name (Customer name submitted on
the claim form must match the customer name on the proof of purchase), date of purchase, store
(including address), invoice number, details of the eligible model(s) including model number, the price
paid (excluding any additional charges, e.g. extended warranty costs) and total invoice amount.
In the case of backorders, a deposit must be paid during the promotional period and full payment
must be made prior to lodging a claim.
*This warranty is an extra benefit and does not affect your legal rights. Our goods come with guarantees that
cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major
failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have
the goods repairedor replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a
